Arduous Preparation Precedes Long-Term Success

At the beginning of the Chinese New Year, senior executives of Glory Harvest Real Estate went to Japan and Singapore to visit local famous urban complexes. Urban complex is a product of urban evolvement to a certain stage, and also is a hotspot and the trend of the urban modernization in recent decades. This visit is a good opportunity for us to learn and share the experience in constructing urban complexes.

A successful urban complex is not a simple combination of various urban living spaces covering commerce, office, residence, hotel, catering, culture, sports, and entertainment. Instead, it should take into account numerous factors, which include site selection, project positioning, building design, function deployment, and format planning. This is not only a commercial project, but also a public social project that integrates art, landscape, and entertainment.

Following the pace of urban renewal in Shenzhen, Glory Harvest Real Estate is also actively developing urban renewal projects, and has set the goal of constructing urban complexes and landmark buildings. We are dedicated to building our brand through the construction of urban complexes. Brand-building is a long-term process that demands unflagging efforts. It is impossible to build our brand simply through several projects overnight.
