A ceremony was held at the Metro Grand Hotel in recognition of commencement of Meling Renewal Project in Shenzhen in the morning of August 26, featuring the officials from the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) of Futian District and Meilin Sub-district Office, senior executives of Glory Harvest Group along with the proprietor representatives.

On the ceremony, Mr. Zheng Liu, the general manager of Glory Harvest Real Estate, presented the development scheme of the Meilin Urban Renewal Project and addressed the group's goal to ace the reconstruction an iconic renewal project for Shenzhen. After that, the officials from Futian District URA and Meilin Sub-district Office gave speeches to express their regards and expectation for the project.

Located at the intersection of West Zhongkang Road and South Meilin Road, this project will cover Dongmei Bachelor Apartment and Hongyun Building, where local residents are currently housed in aging buildings with poor conditions. The Dongmei sub-district will be transformed to an urban complex with easy access to Metro Line 4 and Line 9.
