At the beginning of creating Glory Harvest Group, I set the goal of "Co-create prominence and share the harvest together" to guide business operation, which was also my expectation on all managers and employees. Over the years, Glory Harvest people have been enduring great hardships in pioneer work and joining hands to create prominence, hoping to share the joy of harvest and honor of success.

In the increasingly fierce market competition, we realized that employees are the basis for wealth, and they are the most valuable asset for the company. Based on this concept, and under the strategic guidance of "Strengthen the basis and consolidate the foundation", Glory Harvest Group invited Towers Watson, a world-leading professional HRM consulting company, to participate in the Consultation Meeting on Glory Harvest Group's Position System and Compensation System in May this year. By analyzing the position system, we aimed to open up the channels of promotion and growth, build a scientific compensation incentive mechanism, create a favorable performance culture, and ultimately attract and retain core talents. This will in turn provide strong backing to a sustainable supply of talents and professional skills, which fuels the diversified leapfrog development of our company in the coming years.

However, you never know what difficulties you may encounter until you try it personally. A competitive compensation system poses a direct challenge to cost pressure confronted by the company, especially when we are suffering from soaring commodity price and economic downturn. It is also a good opportunity to test the courage and insight of business operators.

Despite the tough situation, Glory Harvest Group pledges to go all out to offer a humanized environment and platform to guarantee all-round sustainable growth, build a performance-oriented compensation system based on the principle of profit sharing, and actively create a fair mechanism of training and promotion. It is Glory Harvest Group's earnest wish to ensure the dignity and quality of employees' life, and help them grow together with the company.

The growth of a company concerns the interest of both operators and employees. As the founder of Glory Harvest Group, it is my great pleasure that all employees enjoy higher salaries, better benefits, and improved life quality and care for their family members. The well-being of all the employees will redouble cohesion and responsibilities. However, we must make the "pie" of corporate wealth bigger before we properly distribute it, which is the best solution to eliminate the cost pressure brought by salary increase. A bigger wealth "pie" requires both surefooted efforts of managers and diligent devotion of all employees.

To conclude, promotion depends on action, and action drives promotion.
