Induction Training---from "Attempt" to "Mode"

With another graduation season arriving, Glory Harvest Group welcomes a new group of graduates filled with vigor and dreams. To help them become mature professional people, Glory Harvest Group formulates a specific plan of induction training.

As an integral part of staff management, induction training can effectively cut down the adaptation time of new employees, and get them to accept the corporate culture and involved in the team. This year, we invite senior executives from all departments to give lectures at "Induction Training for 2013 Graduates". This innovative initiative conforms to the concept of "highly emphasis talent cultivation", and is also a practice to explore the standard training mode of corporate university.

Everyone needs to keep studying to improve himself, so does a company. We should summarize our development history and draw on the experience of successful cases to make big strides. I wish to build a business empire that never collapses, with its assets exceeding hundreds of billions of yuan. Although the market value of Glory Harvest Group has reached up to 60 billion yuan, we are still at the initial stage given the foresaid target. Therefore, unceasing study and innovation are inevitable courses to success.

Nowadays corporate university serves as a crucial strategic tool of enterprise, and strongly demonstrates the enterprise scale and strength. Corporate university plays a pivotal role in attracting, cultivating, and retaining talents, inheriting corporate culture, and promoting disruptive innovation. Therefore, it is imperative to establish Glory Harvest University, and building a standard training mode stands out as a priority issue.

Guided by the concept of "Learn by doing and make corrections simultaneously", I have been fighting in the business circle for over three decades and eventually developed seven management tools and three management standards, which largely fuel effective management. The setup of Glory Harvest University and a standard training mode lives up to the concept I uphold. This time, it is our great attempt to offer these training courses.

From "attempt" to "mode", I believe we will hit pay dirt on a mature training mode of Glory Harvest University in the near future, and incubate professional talents who progress with our company together. Let's strive for our Glory Harvest Dream and create a better tomorrow.
