From November 23 to 24, Chairman Li Weibo led over 40 people, including senior leaders from GHG headquarters, senior executives and business backbones from subsidiary companies Benxi DTG Mining Co., Ltd. and Zense Hotel, to visit two companies in the Fortune Global 500 Huawei and Ping An School of Financial Services.

On the morning of November 23, led by Huawei staff, Chairman Li and delegations visited Huawei Exhibition Center, Container Data Center, and Huawei University. They learned about Huawei's R&D achievements in global mobile communications and cloud computing, and experienced the latest video conference system developed by Huawei. The Vice Party Secretary of Huawei introduced Huawei's milestones and corporate culture, which impressed the delegations a lot. In the afternoon, they visited Ping An History Museum in Ping An School of Financial Services. Chen Jin, principal of the museum, made a detailed introduction of the training system of Ping An School of Financial Services.

On the morning of November 24, Chairman Li convened a symposium in the training classroom of Ping An School of Financial Services. During the symposium, delegation members talked about what they learned from this visit, and made a heated debate on the crisis and opportunities faced by Glory Harvest Group. Meanwhile, they raised questions about the industry development and management reforms of Glory Harvest Group, and Chairman Li answered them respectively.

This visit enabled delegations to get a better understanding of the strong corporate cultures and advanced management models of Huawei and Ping An School of Financial Services, widened their horizon, enlightened their thinking, and triggered more thoughts over future growth strategies of Glory Harvest Group.
