On the afternoon of December 7th, Glory Harvest Real Estate and Kang He Sheng Industrial held the Compensation and Resettlement Gratitude and Giving Back signing ceremony  at the Sheng Yi Hotel. This signing will put registered Meilin Area households at nearly 40%, over 70% of the contracted area. A total of more than 100 people attended the ceremony, including members of the Futian District Redevelopment Authority, the Meilin Neighborhood Leadership,  Kang He Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. Chariman Jing Xinjian, Glory Harvest leadership as well as property owners' representatives. 

Kang He Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. is the second largest owner in the Dongmei Area, holding a total of 89 separate properties with an area close to 3,700 square meters. Since Glory Harvest Real Estate began signing "Relocation compensation agreements" on September 1^st, Kang He Sheng Company has maintained very close ties with Glory Harvest actively promoting the progress of the Meilin area urban renewal project.  Agreement was finally reached through the joint efforts of both sides. At the signing ceremony, Glory Harvest Real Estate Co.,  Limited General Manager Liu Zheng and Kang He Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. Chairman Jing Xinjian jointly signed the Meilin Dongmei Area Urban Renewal Project "Relocation compensation agreement."

During the ceremonies, General Manager Liu explained the significance of signing this agreement with Kang He Sheng Industrial  and introduced the updated planning  for the Meilin Area. He explained that Glory Harvest will be focused on creating an all new city complex in Meilin,  and through this rehabilitation the new owners would have higher quality, higher efficiency property. Mr. Jing spoke about the necessity of creating a new urban area in Meilin, indicating that the owners are eager for a transformation He also expressed his confidence in Glory Harvest's urban renewal capabilities,  and the fact that he is very much looking forward to the the results of all the planing and construction in Meilin. Jing Xinjian said that Glory Harvest is a very sincere enterprise, but also very powerful. He is confident and assured in turning over more than 80 households to Glory Harvest to undergo a transformation.

 The Futian District Redevelopment Authority and the Meilin Neighborhood Leadership each made important speeches. They expressed approval for Glory Harvest's planning and design for the Meilin project,   pointing out that after its completion the Meilin project would offer great improvement in living conditions and social and economic development for area residents. They also expressed their positive view of Glory Harvest's achievements with the Meilin project since the beginning of contract work.  

In order to give something back to the property owners, a raffle was held after the signing ceremony. Lucky owners were given a special award of 10,000 RMB in cash, flat-panel TVs, SLR cameras, mini i-pads and other prizes. Property owners who won a share in the prize bounty were overjoyed. In addition, a prize was prepared for each property owner in attendance, receiving high praise from the owners' representative.

The activities carried out on this occasion will play a positive role in promoting  the next phase of the Meilin urban renewal project.
