On the morning of October 27th, Pan Hua, former chairman of the People’s Congress of Maoming City, visited Shanliao Village to research the New Rural Development project. During his visit, he was accompanied by Lai Silong, deputy secretary of the Shanliao Village CPC Committee, Li Changrui, chairman of the Shanliao Village New Rural Development Promotion Council, and Li Qiuhua, secretary-general of the Council.
