On August 29, Chairman Li Weibo led the entire staff of Benxi Dataigou Mining Co., Ltd. to visit Bengang Group and had in-depth exchanges on mine construction, factory management, production process and talent cultivation with Bengang Group.
On the site of Asia's largest open-pit iron ore mine-Nanfen Iron Ore Mine, Chairman inquired about issues such as the production capability, safety management, average income, blasting technique and personnel management. In the Nanfen ore dressing factory, Chairman Li listened to the introduction on the mineral processing technology, and had communications about the factory hierarchy setup and personnel management with the factory leaders. In the Nanfen Pellet Plant, Chairman Li paid more attention to the establishment process and profit mode of the Pellet Plant, and asked detailed questions about the deep processing of iron ore. Three symposia were held during the visit, and the technicians learned from each other and presented their ideas on technical issues.
Bengang Group warmly welcomed Chairman Li and his party, and spoke highly of the achievement of Dataigou Iron Ore Mine made in mine construction. Dataigou Iron Ore Mine features a high starting point, and a wide platform. Compared with old-branded mine, it avoids many hurdles on the way. Bengang Group also agreed with Chairman Li's concept to build the world's first-class mine.
It is reported that this visit also forms part of the induction training of new employees in 2011.
