Glory Harvest Real Estate Held Activities for Mindu Building Proprietors

To promote the Zhubian renewal plan by the local government and Glory Harvest’s corporate culture among the proprietors of Mingdu Building. A dinner was held by the company on November 13 to appreciate the support from proprietors and explain the renewal plan of Block A and Block C.

The dinner started at 7 pm by Mr. Zheng Liu’s speech. He expressed his appreciation for all the attendees and briefly described the company’s current progress on the renewal project. He said, Glory Harvest is capable and keen to complete this project. Project Executive Mr. Zhenxuan Xue also made a thorough explanation of the project proposal in terms of the project design, demolition compensation scheme and expected project length.

A lottery raffle was hold during the dinner, making it the most exciting moment of the night. In appreciation for the proprietors support, the win rate was 100% and the highest prize was 3,000 yuan in cash.

The proprietors were very supportive to the project. The owner of unit 1513, Ms. Liao, even flied from Guang Xi with her family to attend this dinner. The attendees carefully listened to the renewal proposal and expressed their concerns. Many proprietors immediately signed the Urban Renewal Proxy after the dinner.

Most of the attendees are the proprietors of Mingdu Building. Among the 262 lots, 155 of them have signed the agreement with the company, representing a total percentage of 60%. It is expected the total signed lot would reach 195 after this activity, which is much more than the threshold (2/3) for the project to be approved.
